Luxury Level Staging Design Plan Examples

It's important to specify luxury level because I think we can all agree that Target/Amazon furniture is not at the luxury level as Four Hands, Classic Home or Restoration Hardware.  Having said that, there's a house for both types of luxury level and that is why you charge accordingly educating clients on the difference.

Below are two examples of Design Plans for these two different luxury levels...can you see the difference?

Watch the video above for tips on shopping and calculating using design plans like this and how you can make another alternative income....woot!

Higher Luxury Level Design Plan

Larger scale, higher end and the kind of furniture you would see in larger, luxury homes...designer furniture.

5 Ways to Market and Boost Your Design Business

This is an hour and half presentation on how to market the design side of your business through the staging side first.  I've talked about this throughout the training and I will say it again, " great staging leads to move-in design every time when positioned well!"  Most my veteran stagers who focused on occupied staging mostly as a niche, now purely do design work through referrals.

Here's the Five Ways to Marketing Your Design Business:

  • Positioning Your Business - The unique selling proposition
  • Partnerships for Your Business - See the Black Book for a whole lot more!
  • Process for Success - No need to reinvent
  • Presentations - Announce your events on Nextdoor.com app and Patch, etc...
  • Proactive Ways to Build More Business

I'm always referring to my Pinterest Board because it allows me to share links to my favorite places much more easily, so make sure to click on the button below and follow me!

If you're an Expert E-Designer Member, then add a design board image from the HSR Templates (that fits with your client's style and conversation you had about the home) to the follow-up email along with the importance of PLANNING a remodel ahead of time to SAVE THEM MONEY.
